Facade Foreman

An established and highly regarded commercial builder is looking for an experienced Facade Foreman to join the delivery team on a $130M+ luxury high-rise apartment project in Brisbane.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a major project with a well-resourced site team and take ownership of the facade package from installation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate facade subcontractors and trades on site
• Manage daily activities, sequencing and programme requirements
• Monitor quality, safety and workmanship
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team
• Drive the project through to successful completion

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Facade Foreman / Facade Supervisor
• Strong experience across high-rise, apartment or major commercial construction
• Solid understanding of facade installation, sequencing and coordination
• Ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple work fronts
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, quality and safety
