A global automotive manufacturer is looking for a highly experienced Automotive Diagnostics Systems – PMO Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and support the release of vehicle diagnostic systems for commercial vehicles.
- Analyze ECU changes and prepare diagnostic data using CXF and ODX, including relevant specification sheets.
- Coordinate with Project, R&D, Quality Management (QM), and other stakeholders to plan diagnostic development and testing activities.
- Track new vehicle projects, series changes, and field fixes, and manage the Diagnostics team's delivery schedule accordingly.
- Coordinate diagnostic testing activities and vehicle availability with relevant engineering and project teams.
- Manage the release of diagnostic content and data, ensuring deliverables are completed according to project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain diagnostic procedures, technical manuals, and related documentation.
- Prepare monthly dashboards, MIS reports, and project status updates for management.
- Support the development and implementation of new diagnostic technologies and solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Mechanical or automotive exposure preferred
- 2~3 years knowledge of Vehicle Diagnostics and ECU diagnostic systems.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic data authoring using ODX (Open Diagnostic Data Exchange) and/or CXF (CANdela XML Format).
- Good understanding of ECUs, diagnostic services, DTCs, and vehicle communication protocols.
- Experience analyzing ECU changes, diagnostic requirements, and technical specifications.
- Experience with diagnostic testing, validation, and diagnostic content/data releases.
- Understanding of the automotive development lifecycle, including new vehicle projects, series changes, and field fixes.
- Experience coordinating diagnostic activities with R&D, Project, Quality, and other engineering teams.
- Ability to track development schedules, releases, technical issues, and engineering deliverables.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for technical reporting, dashboards, and project tracking.
- Experience with commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, or automotive OEM environments is highly preferred.

Working Hours: 8:00–17:00 / 9:00–18:00, flexible working hours with no core time
Working Style: 3–4 days Work from Office, 1–2 days WFH allowed
