Key duties include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Processing sales orders with a high level of accuracy
- Providing product and technical information
- Supporting external sales representatives
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Coordinate orders with warehouse, suppliers, and freight providers
- Monitor order progress and communicate delivery updates
- Resolve customer enquiries, returns, and issues professionally
