What You Can Expect

You will architect Zoom's channel-first go-to-market strategy across APAC, building partner ecosystems that scale our AI platform adoption. You will lead sales teams and channel partners to accelerate revenue growth across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments. You will shape how millions connect through AI-powered collaboration tools across Asia Pacific's most dynamic markets.

We drive Zoom's growth across APAC by empowering channel partners and enterprise customers to adopt AI-powered communications. Our team collaborates across sales, product, and marketing to deliver customer-centric solutions. We exist to transform how businesses connect, collaborate, and thrive in the AI era.

Responsibilities

  • Building and scaling a comprehensive channel ecosystem across APAC, including resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and alliance partners to drive AI platform adoption
  • Developing partner enablement programs and channel strategies that equip partners with tools, training, and incentives to sell Zoom's AI-powered portfolio
  • Leading direct and channel sales teams to exceed revenue targets while maintaining pipeline visibility through Salesforce and analytics tools
  • Collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure APAC market insights influence product roadmaps and go-to-market campaigns
  • Representing Zoom as senior spokesperson for APAC, cultivating executive relationships with customers, partners, and government stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Lead APAC sales organizations with 15+ years of experience, including proven channel and partner-led go-to-market expertise
  • Build and scale channel ecosystems including resellers, distributors, SIs, and alliance partners across diverse APAC markets
  • Design channel programs, partner enablement strategies, and incentive structures that drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Sell enterprise software solutions using Cloud, SaaS, and consumption-based models through both partner and direct channels
  • Exceed revenue targets through channel pipeline development, partner management, and strategic account coverage
  • Understand UCaaS and or CCaaS technology and be able to articulate how product innovations solve customer challenges in AI-powered communications
  • Communicate and present effectively to represent the organization as a thought leader with partners, customers, and at industry forums
  • Hold equivalent practical experience in business, technology, or related field
