We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join a dynamic team in Tokyo, Japan. This is a leadership role in Talent Acquisition, focused on driving strategic and hands-on recruitment efforts to attract top talent while promoting diversity and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

About the Role

The Recruitment Manager will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, for professional and managerial roles. You will work closely with organizational leaders to address hiring needs and develop innovative strategies to achieve recruitment goals. This role requires a combination of strategic planning and operational execution to build a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive recruitment and selection activities.
  • Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for professional, managerial, and leadership roles.
  • Establish and promote consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that enhance the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles and levels.
  • Partner with external agencies and build direct hiring strategies, including employee referral programs.
  • Meet and exceed benchmarks for time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for hiring processes, recruitment channels, and candidate engagement.
  • Work closely with the People Solutions (HR) team to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in professional hiring as a senior recruiter or manager, with a blend of strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition expertise.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Fluent Japanese language skills, with professional business proficiency; English proficiency is highly desirable.
