Position Highlights:
  • Join a collaborative eye care team providing comprehensive vision and medical eye care
  • Deliver patient-centered care with support from experienced ophthalmology specialists
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of ocular conditions and eye diseases
  • Provide refractive care, including contact lens fittings and therapeutic lenses
  • Collaborate on post-cataract and laser vision correction patient care

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation range: $121K - $275K annually
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for eligible external candidates
  • Initial guaranteed salary with transition to a production-based compensation model after 6–12 months based on practice volume and productivity
