As a Project Manager/Finance Transformation Manager, you will lead cross-regional assignment to transit operation and process among locations including oversea countries. The role moves through design, implementation, transition and upgrading operation and process within the finance and operation organization. The role will also include an IPO readiness assessment upon the delivery of transformation assignment or in parallel to the transformation assignment.   

 

What you will do

 

  • Assist to design a new organization, and transit operation and process among regions
  • Deliver and monitor the transition of operation and process, and then optimize the operation upon the transition
  • Develop and deploy a project task and issue tracker for timeline and quality management
  • Being in business partnership with process owner, operational lead and stakeholders to facilitate communication
  • Lead an IPO readiness assignment as a project manager through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders

 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on work experience in finance transformation project as a project manager
  • Experience in a cross-regional assignment
  • Proven record of change management
  • Business-level English language skills and fluency in Japanese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible attitude toward working hours for deliverable timeline
  • Willingness to own the project and assignment independently and professionally
  • Strong team player
