About the company
Our client is a leading global medical technology company with a long established reputation for innovation in minimally invasive healthcare. They are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to represent three closely linked therapy areas in Estonia.
The opportunity
This is a broad role covering urology, gynaecology with a focus on hysteroscopy, and surgical endoscopy, including laparoscopic visualisation and energy devices. Estonia is a compact market with a small number of large hospitals, so you will own relationships with key customers such as the major university and regional hospitals in Tallinn and Tartu, as well as smaller regional hospitals.
Working closely with urologists, gynaecologists, surgeons, theatre teams, department heads and procurement, you will act as a trusted adviser across all three specialties, growing both capital equipment and consumables business.
What you will be doing
- Owning sales performance across urology, gynaecology and surgical endoscopy and delivering against agreed targets
- Building and executing account plans for university and regional hospitals
- Driving capital equipment projects alongside growing the consumables business
- Running product demonstrations and supporting clinical teams in theatre and outpatient settings
- Tailoring solutions to the clinical needs of each department and supporting implementation
- Working with internal specialist teams on proposals and public procurement submissions
- Negotiating commercial agreements within pricing guidelines and ensuring contract compliance
- Keeping accurate CRM records, forecasting reliably and sharing insight on market and competitor activity
What we are looking for
- Fluent Estonian and English
- Based in Estonia, with the flexibility to travel nationally
- Degree level education or equivalent
- At least 3 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, ideally urology, gynaecology or surgical technologies
- A track record of hitting targets in a hospital setting
- Experience with public procurement in Estonian hospitals
- Confidence working across several clinical specialties at once
- Strong negotiation, account management and relationship building skills
- Self motivated and well organised, comfortable working autonomously
- Full driving licence

Urology or endourology devices, gynaecology or hysteroscopy products, laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgical technologies, energy devices, medical capital equipment, clinical specialist or theatre nursing roles, or hospital based territory management.
