Medical Director, Concierge Medicine & Business Development

Cedars-Sinai is building the next generation of concierge medicine. It needs a physician executive to lead it.
This is a chance to design a differentiated premium care model, backed by a $6.44B academic health system with 2,900+ physicians and nationally ranked specialty programs. You will launch and scale the program, then connect members to primary care, specialists, diagnostics, and hospital care through one coordinated experience.
What you will lead:
A scalable, differentiated concierge care model
Service standards and the full member journey
Business development and strategic partnerships
Recruiting and mentoring concierge physicians
Quality, practice performance, and financial results
You will report to executive leadership and keep an active clinical practice.
What you bring:
- Board certification, ideally in internal medicine, family medicine, or primary care
- Experience building or leading a concierge, executive health, or premium care program
- Clinical credibility paired with business judgment
