The Distribution Channel Account Manager enhances sales revenue by building relationships with partners. They collaborate with partners on marketing plans, training, and needs. They drive growth through channel programs and align with objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Identifying and recruiting new channel partners to expand market share.
Collaborating closely with Distributors and Master Agents to increase indirect sales.
Building business plans with key partners to drive mindshare and growth
Executing sales training and providing marketing support
Tracking sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metrics
Ensuring accuracy, keeping detailed records in CRM, reporting tools, and forecasts for Channel Leadership & Operations.
What we’re looking for
Have experience in managing distribution partnerships in Unified Communications/ Cloud / Telephony space
Be able to develop and execute sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution operations & sales enablement
Experience with SaaS Resellers in Asia
Have a deep understanding of the Distribution ecosystem in ASEAN & HKG market
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders.
Be proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth with Distribution partners
Have collaborated with the Alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem. i.e Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon,Jabra, Verint.
