Precast Steelfixers

JV Recruitment is currently seeking experienced precast steelfixers for ongoing work with a leading precast manufacturer located in Melbourne’s western suburbs. This is a great opportunity for skilled individuals looking for consistent hours, excellent pay, and a positive working environment.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: $47-50 per hour + penalties
• Shift Time: 3:30am – 12:30pm (early start, finish early!)
• Penalty Rates Paid: All applicable shift and overtime penalties paid in accordance with the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020
• Location: Western Suburbs, Melbourne
• Immediate start available
• Weekly pay

What You'll Need to be successful:

• Proven experience as a precast steelfixer or strong background in steelfixing within civil or commercial projects
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings without supervision
• Strong focus on quality and safety
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Own reliable transport (due to early shift start)

Desirable but Not Essential:

• Precast yard/factory experience
• Additional tickets
