Apply directAs a Product Manager, you play a key role in working with customers and internal global product stakeholders to define and drive a winning product strategy for the Japan market.
What you will do
- Be accountable for the overall business driven by the product
- Advocate Japan market requirements to the global Product and R&D teams
- Contribute to the creation and management of product requirement documents, user stories, product development roadmaps to build a winning product portfolio
- Establish pricing and packaging
- Meet with customers and partners to explain the product roadmap and get input of future product direction and evolution
- Ensure business objectives are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, products, and initiatives
- Work closely with key stakeholders to improving product development efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Nurture the team’s competitive understanding of the market and industry
Requirements
What we look for
- Three or more years of customer-facing experience and six or more years of technical related role (i.e. Technical Support, Technical Project Manager, Sales Engineer, etc.)
- Expertise with security or enterprise software
- Proven record building long-lasting customer partnerships and ability to work and interact directly with the customers
- Previous experience working directly with executive teams and stakeholders
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal with technical and non-technical audience
- Strong preference for people with experience handling endpoint solutions
