Opportunity Highlights:
• 4-day work week with schedule flexibility.
• Flexible OB/GYN mix: open to more GYN, or a balanced practice.
• Nearly 1,000 deliveries annually with 24/7 pediatric hospitalist coverage.
• Dedicated C-section suite, renovated L&D spaces, and Da Vinci robotics.
Compensation and Benefits:
• $470,000 starting base salary plus quality and wRVU incentives.
• $100,000 sign-on bonus, $200,000+ student loan repayment, and $3,000/month residency stipend.
• 8+ weeks PTO, CME, full benefits, malpractice, retirement plan, and Epic EMR.
