Relationship Manager - Graduate Careers Team - NSW (Byron Bay)

We are looking for an ambitious, people-focused professional to join our Relationship Management Team (RMT), helping graduates navigate the important transition from university into their first professional role.

The Role:

• Conduct phone interviews and assess graduate applicants.
• Identify high-potential candidates suitable for the Proforce program.
• Manage candidates through the assessment and recruitment process.
• Prepare graduates for interviews with client organisations.
• Coach candidates on communication, presentation and interview skills.
• Support graduates through offers, onboarding and career transitions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with graduates and alumni.
• Assist with training programs, networking events and professional development initiatives.

About You:

• Previous experience in Recruitment, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Hospitality or a people-focused role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Passionate about helping others achieve their career goals.
• Confident conducting interviews and building relationships.
• Coachable, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
