Job Description:
We are currently hiring 2 Front Desk Representatives to join our team in Miami Beach.
We are looking for professional, friendly, and reliable individuals who enjoy working with people and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Miami Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Respond to emails and general inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling and appointments.
- Provide information and support to customers.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties.
- Communicate with internal departments as needed.
- Follow company procedures and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
