To lead, motivate and coach the Fleet Cell team and the vessel crew thus ensuring Customer satisfaction. The Fleet Manager is one of the most important functions in our business and is accountable for, and has the authority to, take decisions that ensure his/her ships are operated to the highest standards, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and in accordance with the client's VMS so ensuring flawless service delivery to customers.
