We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a busy finance team in the Kewdale area. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing customer accounts while building strong internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and allocate incoming payments accurately and on time
- Manage overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Issue statements and maintain regular communication with customers
- Reconcile the receivables ledger and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer records and financial data
- Assist with month-end processes and support audits/compliance
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing issues
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or similar
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and systems (ERP preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
