What you’ll be doing

  • Advise on complex leveraged finance and cross-border acquisition financing transactions across Asia
  • Support private equity sponsors, borrowers and international lenders on high-value financing matters
  • Work closely with regional partners across Hong Kong and Singapore on strategically important mandates
  • Contribute to the continued expansion of the leveraged finance capability within Hong Kong

What you’ll bring

  • 3-7 years’ PQE within leveraged finance, acquisition finance or sponsor finance
  • Experience gained within a leading international, Magic Circle or US law firm
  • England & Wales or Australian qualification preferred
  • Strong technical drafting capability with confidence operating in client-facing environments
