About the role
This role serves as a critical support function within the training and governance team. As a Training Development Coordinator, you will coordinate nationally accredited training programs, ensuring compliance and quality in course delivery. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of training initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate nationally accredited training programs
  • Prepare and maintain course materials to meet compliance requirements
  • Process and maintain training data within the Student Records Management System
  • Support other Training Coordinators as required
  • Manage administrative and compliance-related tasks
  • Work within a largely paper-based environment
  • Assist with fluctuating workloads throughout the training cycle
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in administration, training coordination, compliance, education, or similar backgrounds
  • Strong capability in managing administrative tasks with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to process and maintain training data accurately
