Job Location: Jackson, MI
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $15-17/hr (Depending on Experience Level)
First Shift: 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday
Start Date: Mid August
Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashier. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while handling cashiering duties, assisting customers in person and over the phone, and supporting daily administrative and inventory tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers and clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with filing and other general office duties.
- Inventory, organize, and stock materials in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings.
