Site Engineer - Apartment Builder Developer

As a Site Engineer, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a $70M Class 2 high-rise residential apartment project. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the coordination of daily site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to programme
• Supporting subcontractor management, including monitoring progress, quality and compliance with project requirements
• Reviewing drawings and resolving day-to-day technical and design issues in collaboration with the project team
• Maintaining project documentation, RFIs, shop drawings and other engineering records
• Monitoring quality assurance processes and carrying out site inspections to ensure works meet project specifications
• Assisting with project programming and short-term planning to keep construction milestones on track
• Coordinating inspections, testing and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Promoting a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company procedures and WHS requirements
• Building strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team

About You:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Site Engineer within the construction industry
• Proven experience delivering Class 2 high-rise apartment projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance and site coordination
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and confidently resolve technical issues on site
