Key Responsibilities
Depending on support needs, your duties may include:
- Personal care and activities of daily living
- Manual handling and mobility support
- Medication assistance and administration
- Meal preparation and nutrition support
- Domestic assistance and household tasks
- Community access, transport, and social engagement
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes in condition
- Providing person-centred care in line with individual support plans
- Assisting clients to maintain dignity, choice, and quality of life

- Minimum Qualifications certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, AIN or equivalent;or
- University students 2nd Year and above welcome to apply (Allied Health, Nursing, OT, and related fields)
- Experience with people living with Dementia (Desirable)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check (within 3 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module
- Ability to lift up to 10kg unassisted
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
