岗位职责：

1、全面负责创新协同办公平台核心产品线的产品管理工作，确保商业化目标的有效达成；

2、基于商业化目标，负责制定并落地实施产品战略和路线图；

3、通过深入分析市场趋势及用户需求，持续驱动产品、研发和设计团队交付具有前瞻性和创新性的产品功能与解决方案；

4、推动商业化团队与产品团队的高效协作，并有效影响公司高层决策；

5、负责团队梯队建设，负责团队成员的管理与培养，推动产品方向和产品团队的持续成长。

任职要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，具备 7 年以上互联网产品经验，且具有 2 年以上产品团队管理经验者优先考虑；

2、能在工作中使用英语沟通和表达；

3、具备敏锐的市场洞察力，善于把握用户体验及需求本质，并能够高效协调各方资源，确保项目顺利落地；

4、具备优秀的业务判断力和决策能力，能在复杂环境中准确把控产品方向；

5、拥有较强的开放性思维、自驱力和韧性，能在快节奏环境下带领团队交付业务结果；

6、热衷尝试各类办公效率工具和AI产品，对打造新一代办公协作类产品充满热情。
