An exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take the lead in a high-volume, high-tech manufacturing environment in West Cork.

This is a key leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape maintenance strategy, develop a strong team and drive reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement across the site.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a skilled maintenance team
  • Own planned, preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance
  • Drive equipment reliability and minimise downtime
  • Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, materials and spares
  • Lead Lean, PDCA and Practical Problem-Solving initiatives
  • Analyse maintenance KPIs and turn data into action
  • Drive improvements in energy efficiency and sustainability
  • Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain
  • Balance daily operational demands with longer-term maintenance strategy

👇 What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience leading a Maintenance or Production team in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Engineering qualification or recognised time-served apprenticeship
  • Strong knowledge of Maintenance Systems
  • Proven Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring capability
  • Good MS Office and numerical/data analysis skills
