Job Title: Corporate Contract Pharmaceutical Recruiter

Location: Warren, NJ

Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 Days per Week

Hours: 25–30 Hours per Week

Duration: 3-Month Contract with Possible Extension or Conversion to Full-Time

Position Overview

Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a motivated and organized recruiter to support the company's hiring needs. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating qualified candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Post jobs via the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, source, screen, and schedule interviews with the hiring managers.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who meet job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone and video screens with potential candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Prepare candidate summaries and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Assist with creating and posting job advertisements.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and next steps.
• Manage multiple open positions and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with other recruiting-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• High School Degree Required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences industries.
• UKG ATS is preferred, not required.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, UKG ATS is preferred, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• 25–30 hours per week
• Onsite 5 days per week in Warren, NJ
• Part-time schedule based on business needs.

Contract Details

• 3-month contract
• Possible extension based on business needs and performance.
