• Join a collaborative women's health team of 6 providers, including FMOB physicians, OB/GYNs, & experienced Certified Nurse Midwives
• Flexible scheduling designed to align w/ your preferred practice style
• Practice the full scope of FMOB, including prenatal care, labor & delivery, postpartum care, & continuity care for families
• Maintain procedural skills w/ a diverse surgical case mix
• Established program w/ 350+ annual deliveries & strong clinical support
• Midwife-first call model that helps reduce after-hours demands & supports work-life balance
• Close collaboration w/ OB/GYNs & specialty providers to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care
• AI-assisted documentation technology that improves efficiency
Compensation & Benefits
• $325-$350K evergreen base salary
• Proven earning potential exceeding $450K+
