Registered Nurse Personal Care Worker

To be considered you will need to be able to provide evidence of:

• Certificate lll Individual Support or Equivalent as a PCW
• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia.
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
• Flu Vaccination.
• Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months).
• 100 Points of ID.
• Valid work Rights.
• Current CPR & First Aid.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain

What will you be doing? RN

• Clinical care of residents 
• Documenting resident’s condition and assisting with the administration of medications.
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.

What will you be doing? PCW/AIN 

• Assisting residents with all aspects of daily living including personal care, grooming and supporting emotional needs.
• Documenting resident’s condition and assisting with the administration of medications.
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Assisting the registered nurse to ensure a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
