The Timing
As the practice continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Brisbane team. Working directly with the partner, you'll become an integral part of a close-knit practice with strong client relationships and a steady stream of high-quality work.

The Work Itself
The focus of the role is workers' compensation and CTP claims, alongside related personal injury and liability matters. You'll advise insurers, self-insured organisations and other clients on claims management, liability issues, policy interpretation and dispute resolution matters.

Working in a smaller team means you'll enjoy a high level of partner access, client exposure and responsibility, allowing you to further develop your technical expertise and take ownership of matters as your experience grows.

Sound Like You?
You're an insurance lawyer with 3+ years' post-admission experience and a strong background in workers' compensation matters, ideally complemented by exposure to CTP or broader personal injury claims.

You combine strong technical and drafting skills with a practical approach to client service, enjoy building relationships and are looking to deepen your expertise within a specialist insurance practice.
