What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end UX design for core areas of Email (inbox, composition, search, automation) or Calendar (scheduling, views, reminders, team availability), plus cross-product integrations with Zoom tools.
- Drive user research (interviews, usability tests) and data analysis to uncover pain points and turn insights into design solutions.
- Create high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals; ensure cohesive UX across Email & Calendar.
- Contribute to the Zoom design system, upholding consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product strategy with user needs; iterate designs using feedback and data.
- Mentor junior designers and lead critiques to elevate team-wide UX quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of 2C/2B UX/Product Design experience; strong portfolio showcasing visual design and work on communication/productivity tools.
- Deep expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and usability for dynamic content and time-centric workflows.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer, etc.).
- Track record of simplifying complex workflows (e.g., cross-app integration, team scheduling) into intuitive experiences.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing; ability to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment skills; collaborative mindset for fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to use English as a working language for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.
- A major plus: active user of Email/Calendar platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.); first-hand understanding of user pain points.
