Location: Potterville, MI 48876 
Shift: Monday–Thursday • 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (10‑hour shifts) 
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary
Are you an experienced and safety‑focused forklift operator looking for a stable, long‑term opportunity? We’re seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team in Potterville, MI. In this role, you’ll support daily production by safely moving materials, loading and unloading product, and ensuring accurate inventory flow in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Forklift Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Operating a forklift to move raw materials, finished goods, and totes throughout the facility.
  • Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Transporting materials to and from production areas to maintain workflow.
  • Staging and organizing product for assembly, packaging, or shipment.
  • Performing basic inventory tasks, including counting, labeling, and verifying materials.
  • Completing required paperwork and documentation accurately.
  • Inspecting forklift equipment and reporting any maintenance needs.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
  • Previous forklift experience required; certification preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift safely in tight or high‑traffic areas.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move materials up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Basic math and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dependable attendance and a solid work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Skills
  • Safety Awareness: Essential when operating forklifts and handling materials.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Helps coordinate with production, shipping, and receiving teams.
