About the Role
We're seeking a customer-focused IT Support Technician to join an onsite IT support team in Melbourne. This hands-on role involves providing Level 1 technical support, resolving desktop and device issues, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 onsite desktop and workstation support.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Support Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Support device management through Microsoft Intune.
Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing and meeting room AV equipment.
Deliver exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
Escalate complex technical issues where required.
Maintain accurate incident records and documentation.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous service improvement.
Work collaboratively within a small IT support team.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Level 1 IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop hardware and software.
Experience supporting:
Microsoft Windows 10/11
macOS
iOS and Android devices
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Microsoft Intune
Exposure to video conferencing and AV technologies is desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Ability to work full-time onsite in Melbourne (5 days per week).
