Summary of Position
The Onsite Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to assist with daily support operations of contract associates on-location at client facility. Perform a wide variety of HR and administrative tasks, including those related to orientations, counseling, reporting, and sometimes recruitment.
Reports to: Market Manager, Onsite Manager or Senior Onsite Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Help manage and assist associates/client while onsite.
• Proper documentation in Job Diva regarding employees and employee relations.
• Update and help create job postings on social media, corporate career sites, and other
possible recruiting sources.
• Process weekly payroll.
• Assist with preparation for business reviews as needed.
• Track attrition, attendance, and other items as required.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including resume review, interviews, and reference
checks.
• Counsel and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Support and communicate with associates on numerous levels.
• Schedule interviews between client managers and applicants.
• Assist with job fairs as needed.
• Work closely with branches to identify hiring needs and ensure fills are being made.
• Compose offer letters/packages.
• Keep track of all applications and files and maintain documentation.
• Maintain open job orders, update Booleans and orders regularly.
• Conduct orientations regularly with new associates.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and other reporting as required by the client.
• Maintain safety drawer, complete injury investigations, training, terminations if
necessary, and attend safety meetings given by client.
• Issue PPE as directed by client.
• Ensure time is tracked correctly and approvals are received timely.
• Ensure safety management of contract associates at client location, to include employee
safety orientations, training, injury investigation and other duties as determined.
• Assist with HR tasks including counseling and terminations as needed for contract
associates.
• Comply with all company safety guidelines and processes, reporting known safety issues,
including near misses, accidents and potential concerns, to the appropriate supervisor or
member of the risk department.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; a minimum of one (1) year of experience as an
Administrative Assistance, or in a fast-paced customer-service role preferred. Previous
sourcing or recruiting experience beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and business ethics.
• Effective organization and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills, including demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word and
Excel.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about the inside of the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. and bend or stand as necessary. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Occasionally positions self to move boxes or equipment weighing 25 pounds or less. Frequently communicates with fellow employees, clients, associates, etc. Must be able to perceive objects at a distance and up close. Must be able to travel for short or extended periods to other Nesco Resource client locations as needed for specific meetings, or to other business locations related to business.
