About the role:

• Full Time vacancy working across AM/PM/Night shifts
• Follow and implement the 8 Standards of Care
• Provide Choice, Empathy, Dignity and Respect for residents to achieve maximum quality of life and independence
• Deliver the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to our residents
• Demonstrate a positive leadership style with the team, residents, families and other professionals
• Provide clinical guidance and coordinate the care team
• Create and review care plans
• Develop and maintain positive resident/family and team relationships

Out ideal candidate will have:

• Current practising Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Minimum of 6 months experience
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, regulations and funding
• • Prior ACFI experience
  • A commitment to keeping yourself and others safe
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Influenza and covid-19 vaccines
