Position: Warehouse Kitting / Picking Associate

Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus is to prepare materials, specialized components, and high-value kits safely and accurately for production lines or final shipment. Daily responsibilities include:

• Precision Picking: Locate, pull, and organize materials based strictly on work orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), or specialized pick lists.

• Component Kitting: Accurately group assembly parts together, maintaining high-value control and security where required.

• Label Room Operations: Print and meticulously apply identifying labels to products and completed kits to ensure tracing accuracy.

• Inventory Care: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and immaculate stock room space to preserve inventory metrics.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working within industrial picking, packing, or kitting processes.

• Detail-Oriented Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail is a must, particularly when handling high-value (HV) micro-components and specific label printing layouts.

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read, interpret, and follow industrial pick lists or structural Bills of Materials (BOMs).

• Punctuality: Flawless attendance mindset. With a strict project launch on Monday, June 15th, the team relies on you to arrive on time every day.
