The group covers a wide range of matters for an impressive global client list, including; structured and asset finance, debt restructuring, project and acquisition financing as well as insolvency and advising on all aspects of general banking transactions.
This particular role requires a candidate with a strong structured/asset finance background at a leading private practice firm(s).
Applicants will also have a strong academic background, 5-7 years' of relevant post qualification experience gained at a leading onshore and/or offshore law firm. The firm is known to pay the highest salaries in the offshore market in addition to generous relocation, health and pension benefits.
