About the Role

You will work on a variety of projects, from new residential builds and renovations to commercial fit-outs and modular construction. • Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Installing framing, cladding, linings, doors, windows, cabinetry, and finishing details
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
  • Working effectively with site managers, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Identifying issues early and contributing practical solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven carpentry experience in residential, commercial, or modular construction
  • A relevant trade qualification is preferred, but solid practical experience will also be considered
  • Confidence reading plans and completing work accurately
  • Your own basic tools and reliable transport
  • A strong commitment to health and safety
  • Good communication, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • The legal right to work in New Zealand

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on skills and experience
  • Consistent work across a varied project pipeline
  • Opportunities for long-term employment and career development
  • A supportive, safety-focused team environment
  • Interesting projects across multiple construction sectors
