A leading international law firm is seeking a 4–8 PQE Private Equity Associate to join its market-leading Corporate practice in London. The team advises leading private equity sponsors and financial investors on complex, high-value transactions across the full investment lifecycle.
The role will involve a broad range of private equity work, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and portfolio company transactions. You will work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters alongside highly regarded partners and colleagues across the firm's wider corporate, finance, tax and regulatory practices.
The team is interested in candidates with strong private equity experience gained at a leading international or UK firm, with excellent technical ability and a commercially minded approach. Candidates should be comfortable working on complex transactions and advising sophisticated clients.
