This position will see a successful candidate, who is commercially astute and highly motivated, take the role of General Manager and become a part of team that is committed to driving business developments and relations forward.

Reporting To: Company Directors
Salary: Strong Salary Depending on Relative Experience + Performance Bonus + Benefits
Operating from over 100,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, managing more than 10,000 SKUs, and distributing products nationwide across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, our Client is entering an exciting phase of continued growth and expansion.
As we scale for the future, we are seeking an exceptional Group Head of Operations to lead the operational backbone of the business, driving performance, accountability, efficiency and continuous improvement across all operational functions.
This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Directors and will play a critical role in shaping the next stage of growth for the groups 2 businesses.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role for an ambitious and experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable systems, strong teams and high-performance cultures.
The successful candidate will take ownership of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, fulfilment, operational systems and process improvement across the Group.
They will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence today while developing the infrastructure, systems and people required to support the Group's future growth ambitions.
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and in the boardroom; someone who leads from the front, drives accountability and consistently delivers results.

Candidate Profile - Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior operations leadership role.
- Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, distribution or supply chain operations.
- Experience leading teams within a fast-paced growth environment.
- Strong track record of implementing operational improvements and delivering measurable results.
- Experience managing operational teams and developing leadership capability.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets and operational performance.
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes and scalable operational structures.
