Job Summary
A growing company specializing in food-grade blending and packaging processes is seeking a Production Laborer to join their dynamic 2nd Shift team. Hours are 2:00pm–10:30pm (Monday–Friday) with some overtime as required. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the production process, ensuring that high-quality products are prepared, packaged, and shipped efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Following customer-specific batch and work orders to produce accurate products.
- Measuring and mixing raw materials according to precise formulas.
- Assisting with filling containers and drums with products.
- Packing and prepping finished products for shipment.
- Cleaning and maintaining workstations to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate batching and production
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
- Time management and organizational skills for efficient workflow
