launched in April 2026, serves as the Southeast Asia headquarters of Shohri Strategy &

Finance Transformation Consultant
Job Description

You design and deliver solutions that lift operational e􀆯iciency, strengthen compliance,

finance challenges and get ahead of tomorrows.

Responsibilities
 Support clients in modernizing their finance functions — contributing to strategy
discussions with internal and external stakeholders, and helping structure and
prioritize your team's workflow
 Build strong working relationships with client teams and contribute meaningfully to
senior leadership discussions
 Support both Project Management O􀆯ice (PMO) and Transformation Management
O􀆯ice (TMO) functions — helping clients not only track delivery, but drive the
broader organizational change that makes transformation stick
 Help design strategies and blueprints that apply digital tools, including AI, to
improve operations and refine core processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash,
record-to-report, treasury, financial planning & analysis)
 Evaluate Cloud ERP solutions for clients, and help share best practices across
engagements
 Contribute to new business proposals and support practice growth initiatives
 Contribute to business development by supporting proposal materials, credentials,
case studies, and market or client research
 Stay current on regulations, trends, and technologies shaping digital finance,
analytics, and the CFO agenda
Qualifications
 2-6 years of finance, accounting, auditing or management consulting experience
 Experience in Digital Finance and ERP platform implementations: CFO Analytics,
SAP S/4HANA, AI, and/or Robotics Process Automation
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or in a related
field
 CPA is a plus
 Business-level English proficiency
 Japanese speaking is a plus
