As a Junior D365 Test Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring the functionality and seamless integration of complex systems that support essential government services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on design documentation and business requirements.
- Identify and document defects, perform troubleshooting, and support defect investigation and resolution activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts, to validate system behaviours and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide feedback and reports on testing progress, effort estimates, and quality assurance outcomes.
- Adhere to best practice testing methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
- Tools and Technology: Dynamics 365, SQL, Systems Integration Testing
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing manual tests, identifying defects, and ensuring testing outcomes align with quality standards.
- Proven ability to analyse issues, investigate root causes, and provide recommendations to support quality delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and developers.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver results within tight timeframes.
- Knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall.
