Job Title: Trainee Negotiator
Salary: £20,000 basic | £30,000–£50,000 OTE
Location: Walton-on-Thames
Hours: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm | Saturday 9am–5pm

This is a good environment for someone starting out in property who wants proper training, exposure to deals, and clear progression rather than being left to figure it out alone.

The Role

This is an entry-level Negotiator position suited to someone with a solid sales background who wants to build a career in estate agency.

You’ll be trained to handle viewings, applicant management, deal progression, and negotiation, working closely with senior colleagues in a fast-paced branch environment. The focus is on learning the role properly, hitting targets, and developing into a consistent biller.

Key responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying applicants

• Conducting property viewings

• Building relationships with buyers and vendors

• Negotiating offers and supporting deal progression

• Working towards individual and branch targets

• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day sales activity

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience (any sector)

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car

• Target-driven, motivated, and resilient

• Confident communicator with good people skills

• Professional attitude and willingness to learn

• Must live within a 20-minute commute of Walton-on-Thames
