Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Knightsbridge, London- £45,000
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Knightsbridge, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Knightsbridge, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. - Monday to Friday – Split shifts 0700-1600 and 0900-1800 on a weekly rotation
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems.
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
