Barker Ross are currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join our client’s busy coldstore operation in Wisbech.

We have two shift patterns available, offering a choice of day or night work.

The Shifts

Days: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Nights: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00

Pay & Benefits

  • £14.83 per hour
  • Overtime rates available
  • Monday to Friday working pattern
  • Full freezer PPE provided

The Role

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently within a busy coldstore environment.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures. All required freezer PPE will be provided.

About You

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
  • Previous Counterbalance FLT experience
  • Good awareness of health and safety procedures
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working in a coldstore environment
