We’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join a well-established civil contractor working across a range of roading and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading traffic management crews and ensuring safe and compliant worksites.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Setting up, monitoring, and maintaining traffic management sites
  • Supervising and supporting traffic management crews
  • Ensuring all worksites meet CoPTTM and health & safety requirements
  • Completing site audits and ensuring paperwork is up to date
  • Working closely with project teams to support delivery of civil works

What we’re looking for:

  • Current STMS qualification (Cat A/B/C)
  • Full Class 1 driver’s license (Class 2 is a bonus)
  • Proven experience in traffic management and civil works
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to health, safety, and compliance
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing site needs
