PACE Buyer

Join the client as a PACE Buyer – Buyers Desk  and be a pivotal part of a dynamic, high-volume procurement team driving efficiency and excellence in internal purchasing operations. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end procurement requests, ensuring seamless execution from intake through purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and invoice readiness—supporting the client’s ambitious growth in the entertainment and tech space. Your expertise will help streamline procurement processes, uphold compliance, and deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Job Details: 

Duration : 6 months contract W2-potential extension
Pay Rate: $25-$30 hourly W2
Hybrid 3x a week onsite in NY 

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in procurement operations, procure-to-pay execution, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar P2P platforms
• Proficiency in purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and invoice processing
• Knowledge of GL accounts, cost centers, project codes, and payment terms
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize amidst a high request volume

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with procurement intake or vendor assessment tools
• Direct Coupa experience including invoice exception handling and supplier portal support
• Background working with FP&A on month-end accruals and prepaid transactions
• Procurement experience in media, tech, or entertainment sectors

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1–2+ years of hands-on procurement or finance experience, ideally within a global or multi-entity environment
