About the Role
- Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding service and strong results
- Drive performance through a hands on, commercially savvy approach to KPIs and sales
- Create a customer-first culture built on genuine connections and personalised experiences
- Bring the store to life through high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
- Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and minimise shrinkage
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture talent, building a team that grows and succeeds together
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high energy team environment
- Use sales insights and trends to identify opportunities and drive growth
- Ensure smooth day to day operations and adherence to store processes
- Build strong relationships within the local community to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Experience as a Store Manager within a premium or fast-paced retail environment (multi-brand or multi-product experience preferred)
- A natural leader who genuinely enjoys developing and empowering others
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Someone who leads from the front and brings positivity, energy, and ownership to their store
- $85,000–$90,000 + super, plus performance incentives (average annual bonus of $12,000)
