• Fri–Tues | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Wed–Sun | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Fri–Tues | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Sun–Thurs | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay:
Local:
• Starting at $40/hr

Travel (50+ miles):
• W2: $24/hr
• Stipends (non-taxed): $785/week

Weekly Gross:
• $1,745/week (40 hours)

Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking Psychiatric Technicians to work at California State Prison, Solano. This correctional healthcare setting provides care to an inmate population with a variety of medical, psychiatric, and behavioral health needs. Psych Techs work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care, treatment plans, medication administration, and daily clinical operations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care and support
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Monitor and document patient behaviors and condition changes
• Assist with mental health and behavioral health interventions
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, custody, and interdisciplinary staff
• Follow facility policies and correctional healthcare protocols

Requirements:
• Active Psychiatric Technician license/certification 
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work in a correctional environment
• No planned time off during the first 6 months
