What you can expect
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes and DevOps practices to join our infrastructure team. You will be responsible for building, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure Kubernetes infrastructure across multiple environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, improve observability, and ensure the high availability of mission-critical systems.
About the Team
We are a team of infrastructure engineers primarily focused on the implementation and management of Kubernetes clusters and related infrastructure across various cloud environments and colocation facilities. The key responsibilities of the team include, but are not limited to, maintaining high availability of the infrastructure and designing and developing automation to improve operational efficiency
What we’re looking for
Have 2+ years of experience in managing production Kubernetes clusters
Show deep expertise in deployment and maintenance of Kubernetes (architecture, networking, security, Helm, Operators, etc.) clusters and respective add-ons
Have hands-on on knowledge of Linux systems administration, networking and effective scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar
Have experience in working with various cloud providers (such as AWS, Azure and OCI) or bare metal servers in data center environment
Have an understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles with tools like Terraform, or Ansible and monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
Be able to participate in on-call shifts and incident management and work after hours/weekends for application releases/deployments
Show familiarity with security best practices and compliance (encryption, IAM, RBAC, etc.)
