About the Client:Our client is a leading global manufacturer of Steel Building Products to the residential and commercial construction trade. Based at their expansive Wangara manufacturing facility, we require new team members to work in the Customer Collections area.
About the Role: Long-term opportunities exist in Stores and Customer Collections for reliable individuals with Warehousing / Customer service experience and a knack for computers. The role involves liaising with our customers to ensure efficient and accurate collection of their orders. You must be well organised & a good communicator, able to efficiently process customer paperwork and coordinate with fellow team members.You spend most of your day processing orders in the customer collections hut but may be required to assist in hand loading and/or walking the floor to help locate a customer order so a decent level of fitness is highly favourable.These roles are offered initially as casual (full time hours), with the aim of progressing to a permanent contract position. Additionally, regular overtime is available through peak periods, with penalties paid.
